Dag Savage (Johaz x Exile) really brought ‘em out for their EP release party last week in Pasadena. I’m mad I wasn’t in town for this one, but luckily, our peoples LA Stereo TV were on hand to capture all the excitement. Most of the album’s guest features as well as their homies in rhyme were on hand to perform including Blu, Fashawn, MED, Aloe Blacc, Thurzday, and Co$$. Damn, well isn’t this a welcome holiday surprise. Exile and his Dirty Science collective just dropped this new mixtape, Cassette, as a thank you to the fans. The tape features exclusive songs from Ex’s vaults spanning from 96-09. Featuring demo versions from his album 4TRK MIND, as well as demo joints from Blu & Exile and Emanon (Exile x Aloe Blacc). All songs were made ona 4-track recorder and produced by Exile (except the Kankick produced track “Like That”). No need to dust off the dual deck, get the download link after the jump.
