With the fall fast upon us we are instituting mandatory Fashion Friday sessions to get you ready for a cooler season. In 2013, streetwear is no longer what it used to be; it's edgy--and dares to play with colorful prints and bold statements. Is it just the hipsters taking over? Is it the next logical step of natural urbanwear evolution? Is it because of skateboarding becoming commercial? Is it because of hip-hop becoming more even more obsessed with consumption than even the infamous bling-bling era? Is it because of Kanye West?

THE classic look for gentleman of the old school, or as they're known round here "Okayplayers." When you see the hat and the coat as separate pieces, you wouldn't necessarily think "I'ma look good in that where's my credit card?" But label Wood Wood provided a great lookbook to let you see how all the pieces fit together. This is clearly a "winner jacket" and the hat will be a great asset in different styles. But in combination, you'll be so together they can't tell where you end and where you begin.

These two pieces immediately make us think of that Brooklynite who got style. That person might pair one of these with a well-fitted pair of jeans, a hat, fake (or real glasses ) and a great attitude.
For Indian summer days or layered with a button down or denim jacket, a cool easy tee is a necessary building block of fall fashion game.
