Shaquille O'Neal Drops a New Track Dissing Lavar Ball
Internet beef in 2017 can take so many different..turns.
Look at what’s happening with NBA Hall-of-Famer Shaquille O’Neal and Lavar Ball, the loudmouth father of the Los Angeles Lakers’ prized rookie Lonzo Ball. They’ve been beefing with each other since May, when Shaq criticized Lavar for charging $495 for Lonzo’s signature shoe, Big Baller Brand’s ZO2s.

Lavar responded by saying him and his son LaMelo, a top recruit in high school, would “kill” Shaq and his son Shareef in a game.
Shaq wasn’t feeling that response, so on Friday the big Diesel dropped a diss track. The song first premiered on TMZ, and it features Shaq rhyming over JAY-Z’s “Blueprint (Momma Loves Me)” track.”
On the son, Shaq drops little jabs like: “I’ve been doing this a long time, when you was averaging two points, riding the pine,” a line talking about Lavar’s Washington State days where he literally averaged 2.2 points a game.

After the song dropped, someone from Overtime caught up with Lavar. To his credit, Mr. Ball sounded like he was having a lot of fun with all of this, saying “people still doing diss tracks?”
