He has is truly revolutionary. He is well-noted for making DJ-like sound effect with different methods using his guitar. But also a lot of elements from Blues. There have been some really good emcee's in what is put into the Rock genre. Guys like Zack de la Rocha (Rage Against the Machine) and Jared Gomes (Hed p.e.) are pretty lyrically sick. Both genres have deep roots with counter-culture, against the grain styles.
