Eventhough i don´t have any understanding for an R&B Singer like Maxwell to work on an album for so long, i hope its worth the wait. Nevertheless, the ugliest part of the review was the devaluation of Michael Jackson. Certainly Maxwell is hugely influenced by Jackson (as he admitted often ) and what i saw from his Tour and his dancing to certain songs isn´t just a small innuendo at MJs LEGENDARY dance style. So the writer should explain what he means with "spastic" movement!!! I missed the BET Awards and 106 & Park,,and all the other snippets that Maxwell put out there. But I loved the show that I saw in Birmingham. He thanked the crowd for coming out and supporting his show even though he hasn't released so much as a single in 7 years!! He is definately a show pleaser, not to mention eye candy!! Great show! He joked that the dudes were doing the "Woof Woof" cheer because they were gonna get some that night, and they weren't really feeling him. Also, I felt he got a much better reception for Pretty Wings and Bad Habits than was described here. It was a great show, and he genuinely looked like he was having fun on stage.
