I love The Cold Vein as much as anyone, but this album is weak. Look Mom No Hands was better and even that wasn't great. Vast lyrics today are almost unintentionally hilarious. Grab Mighty Joseph instead. "Best Damn Rap Show" had joints too along wit "Look Ma No Hands". 'Viewtiful Flow' was my shit!!!! Dyin to hear Melodious Monks beats on the album. Okay, maybe that's a bit harsh, but lyrically Vast has degenerated since his days of Can OX. I know it's a totally different project, but I expect alot from Vast. Am I wrong to do so? What's that line he says on there, something like "you backwards like sock on shoe". Really? The beats are decent I guess, but there's no balance. To call it a "considerable hit" should garner less than a 90, I believe. Either way, I love the reviews on this site so far (although I totally disagree with the negative assessment of Atmosphere's record- a 100 in my opinion, his finest, more concise work).
