Brief Explanation: Tex-Mex restaurants in the USA aren't exactly known for playing the most authentic of latin music. It tends to be of the more generic variety, just like the light rock/pop that is played in most "family dining" establishments that serve standard American food. While I thoroughly enjoyed the album, a couple of the songs did feel sort of like generic background music. That's what I was trying to get at.

Peace,

"True, a few of the songs might fit onto the playlist of a Tex-Mex restaurant a little too easily for purist tastes."

Perhaps the most ignorant thing I've ever read in any music review. - Skinny Fresh
