Musical Everyman Zakee Kuduro Returns With The Self-Directed Short Film "The Gold Rush."
Zakee Kuduro follows a recent preview of the title track and a premiere screening at the BlackStar Film Festival with the release of his full-length short film The Gold Rush. The self-directed footage is the latest from the musical everyman, who continues to represent lovely for the City of Brotherly Love from all points across the globe. The Gold Rush, which stars Nicole Burgess, is the second in a series of films constructed to prime fans for Zakee's forthcoming Rise Of The Rebels: Assimilations II visual LP, which is slated to arrive this winter. He describes the film - a series of movements chronicling a young woman's struggle with addiction - as "a visual journey through our darkest moments of love."
