I’ve been meaning to show Cali emcee/producer Shane Eli some love on here, so what better way than with his powerful new video for his track “When We Were Kings.” “It’s an onslaught of insightful social commentary, soulful production and thought provoking lyricism” – yup, that just about sums it up. The song appeared on Shane’s sophomore album, I Can Do Better (get it here). Video directed by David A. Wong.
