Video: Questlove Vs. Momofuku Fried Chicken Battle on LNWJF
As anybody who follows our benevolent afro-lord Questlove on twitter knows, he has been talking some smack about Momofuku's fried chicken, barbs aimed at proprietor David Chang (hash-tag #fukumomo) that took on an extra edge when Questo launched his own signature chicken under the name "Love's Drumstick." The um, cock-fight culminated last night in an epic clash of the chickens broadcast on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. Celebrity tasters Tina Fey, John Slattery of Mad Men and LNWJF's own Higgins gripped a drumstick in each hand and stepped in the arena to judge who could claim the title of chicken supreme. Only one fowl would emerge triumphant from the cock-tagon ("Two chickens enter...") Anyway, I am running out of chicken jokes now but you get the vibe.
