Naturally Born Strangers
Damn, some real breathtaking shots in this one. For the latest OKP premiere, Toronto trio, Naturally Born Strangers (Rich Kidd, Tona & Adam Bomb), take it to Nine Mile, a community in the northern mountainous range of Jamaica (and the birthplace of Bob Marley) for the video to their cut, “No One Knows My Struggle.” The three emcees tell their stories of struggle as they strive for the top, while the visuals show the day to day struggles of the people of the Nine Mile community. They may not be financially rich, but you’d be hard pressed to find many more beautiful places on the planet. Video directed by James McGurk & Che Kothari.
