Video: Idle Warship "Driving Me Insane"

Whoop, whoop. Pull over, that bass too fat. Idle Warship just dropped the new video for their song "Driving Me Insane," which is kind of the Idle Warship song par excellence. It has it all: 1) speed-metal energy married to righteous female anger (Res should be the new T-Mobile spokesmodel for their "No More Mr. Nice Girl" campaign") 2) Kweli having fun as the hip-hop cop and 3) a punky-reggae energy that makes you remember why Santigold signed Res back when she was still an A&R! My favorite thing about this video, though: Directed, written and edited by R.A. the Rugged Man (!) That's what's up. Enjoy and cop their LP Habits of the Hearton iTunes now.

UPDATE: Talib Kweli has also just announced a grip (7, to be precise) of live dates to kick off the first leg of his Prisoner of Conscious tour. Find the full listing after the jump (more TBA).
