Tuxedo's "The Right Time" Gets An All-Disco Flip From Jean Tonique
Not like Tuxedo's self-titled debut needed any assistance in the "two-step the day away" department or anything, but Franco-funkateer Jean Tonique definitely just upped the ante a bit. As part of the forthcoming 12-inch remix project for the album (which already got a blazing treatment of the same track from Kaytranada & BadBadNotGood) Tonique has offered his beat freaking talents to "The Right Time," bringing the sequins and smiles with an ill disco-perfect flip of the track to get your day started on the good foot. There's yet to be an official date for the remix piece, but Stones Throw claims we'll have it in rotation at some point this summer, so be sure to keep your head on a swivel for the drop.
