Watch As Tribeca Announces Its Second Annual TV Lineup
Movies aren’t the only thing gathering the masses in waves anymore.
This year’s Tribeca Film Festival will find thousands and thousands of cinephiles coming from all over the world to see the next batch of movies in New York City. Eking some attention for itself is television, as the TFF will hold its second annual Tribeca TV program, which will include an indie pilot program, new programming and a high-profile release from Hulu.
Beginning when the festival jumps off — April 19 through the 30 — the Tribeca TV program will feature 15 shows, including five series premieres, four season premiers, three independent pilots, one feature documentary, and one very special sneak peek. Everyone is circling their calendars for The Handmaid’s Tale, starring Elisabeth Moss, but you can find us in the aisles for the returning Netflix favorite, The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.
