Towkio Drops An Edgy, Drug-Fueled Visual For "Reflection"

Native Chicagoan & SaveMoney ambassador Towkio is a name and a talent on the rise in our little corner of the left-field. And for good reason. His debut full-length LP .Wav Theory is seeped in deliciously disco-touched sonics, as well as more club-ready joints like the Kaytranada-helmed heater "Reflection," which is the subject of his latest, party-clad clip, revealed today via Billboard premiere. The visual tells a dark tale of a night out at a house party, seemingly harmless, but once the white lines enter the mix, all bets are off. And while the record as a whole, doesn't quite keep up with the darkness displayed in this visual, it is certainly a meditation in the melancholy, featuring The Social Experiment's Peter Cottontail as executive producer on the record and all of the SaveMoney homies, including Chance The Rapper, Vic Mensa and Donnie Trumpet on some of the record's standout cuts. If you've yet to catch wind of Towkio's dopeness, we suggest you jump back and have at it for the righteously low price of free ninety-nine. Watch the edgy, drug-fueled madness unfurl in the video for Towkio's "Reflection" down below.
