TIDAL Releases 15 Rare Prince Album For The Icon's Birthday
Those familiar with the legends of Prince's vault know that the icon tucked away almost as much material as he officially released. Some say more. And though many of the most devout have dug up some of those rare and most-coveted recordings, TIDAL, the artist-owned hi-fi streaming service that Prince entrusted with his catalogue, just dropped a cloud-based audio bomb on the world by liberating not one, two or three, but fifteen of Prince's unreleased albums for the purple hive to lap up.
Many of these recordings have been available in one form or another for some time now, but this is the first time that all of them are available to stream. The only catch is, you'll have to subscribe to TIDAL in order to hear the funked-out blessings, of course.
