Hear The Weeknd's New Kanye-Produced Slow-Burner "Tell Your Friends"
The Weeknd's sophomore studio outing Beauty Behind The Madness is rapidly approaching and has already given us what maybe the summer's definitive breezy disco-flecked joint in "I Can't Feel My Face." But even with one of the year's most anticipated releases on the way, little is known of the new record or who will appear alongside him on it. Last night, however, Abel Tesfaye (government name) clued us into at least one A-list feature in performing his Kanye West-produced slow-burner "Tell Your Friends" at a show in Las Vegas. And to be frank, this could very well be the Kanye cut that you've been waiting for to redeem him, anchored by an ivory-led arrangement and The Weeknd's silky trills. So now there's even more to look forward to if you weren't already teeming with excitement. Below is a (very) rough cut of the track playing through the sound system at the venue, but that should hold you over until the official drop on August 28th.
