The Weeknd goes all out in his video clip for new single "Belong To The World." Taken from the forthcoming Kiss Land album, out August 27th, the track is an aggressive and lengthy powerhouse. Everything about it is a little more abrasive than his past recordings. The accompanying Anthony Mandler-directed short film reflects the mood with a dark and mesmerizing tale in some sort of future world. The track samples the drums from Portishead's "Machine Gun" much to guitarist Geoff Barrow's dismay. Apparently, Abel Tesfaye didn't get the groups permission to use the sample.
