After using their last single to speak about police brutality and social injustices, The Robert Glasper Experiment's latest is an uptempo number designed to get people moving.

"Day To Day" is The Robert Glasper Experiment's second single from their upcoming album ArtScience, scheduled for a Sept. 16 release on Blue Note Records. It's the follow-up to "Find You," the first single they released two weeks ago. While "Find You" runs through a range of moods and sounds across its five-plus minutes, "Day To Day" has a more lighthearted tone.

Robert Glasper and his band won the 2013 Grammy Award for Best R&B Album with Black Radio, and he hasn't slowed down since then. Covered, their album from 2015 that featured instrumental covers of songs by the likes of Radiohead, Kendrick Lamar, John Legend and Joni Mitchell, was nominated for a Grammy as well. Earlier this year, Glasper scored Don Cheadle's film Miles Ahead, and reinterpreted Miles Davis' catalog on the movie's accompanying album Everything Is Beautiful. He is also often enlisted by other musicians: he was a big part of Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp A Butterfly, and he played on Anderson .Paak'sMalibu and Maxwell'sblackSUMMERS'night.

With Glasper's catalog and his proven chemistry with The Experiment, ArtScience should be worth checking out. Listen to "Day To Day" below, and preorder the album on iTunes to get both singles instantly.
