Donny Goines' debut album Minute After Midnight (Exec. Prod. by Dame Grease) drops December 16th via Amalgam. This is the third video off the album called "What Happened" (Dir. by John Colombo). Donny brings up a real good question with this one.
In August, for our first installment of 3-in-1 audio (R.I.P.), we included Donny Goines' "I Am Moving" produced by Dame Grease. Today the video for the song premiered on MTVU where it will air from now until November 28th. If you're feelin' it, go vote for the video to be added to MTVU's regular rotation.
Donny Goines' debut album, Minute After Midnight (Executive Prod. Dame Grease), will be out this December, and we've got the video for his 2nd single, "Can't Fit In My Shoes." Donny skips on all the materialistic raps and gives you a first hand account of a rapper on his grind.
New music from the homie Donny Goines along with the kid Emilio Rojas. Two promising up and comers collaborate for this joint called "Vibe Wit Me" produced by DJ Static. In other Donny news, if you will be in NYC on October 28th, come out to Donny's show "B.A.R.S Live" at The Knitting Factory. The show is hosted by our very own Amanda Diva and Panama and will feature performances by Mickey Factz, Skyzoo, Sha Stimuli, Torae, Esso, NYOIL, A. Pinks and more along with DJ K-Salaam spinning. All the proceeds go to www.allstars.org, a non-profit organization that focuses on promoting the arts to underpriviledged minority youth outside the classroom. This is a good show going towards a good cause, so come out and support if you can. Follow me after jump to see the vid of Emilio on Donny's Bars segment.

To close out the summer Donny Goines has been releasing an episode of his "Bars" series daily this week. I gotta respect how Donny's an up and coming MC himself and still has been promoting all types of MC's from around the country just for the love of Hip-Hop. In this biz where everyone's out for themselves, it's good to see some dudes tryna help each other out. Today's edition features Panama aka Da Spanish Kid aka dude who routinely whooped Bubbles' ass during season 4 of The Wire. Just like everyone else I cringe a little when hearing actors rap, but my man Panama has been doing it for a minute and definitely has some spit to him. With him being the feature on Bars today I figured it would be a good time to put out this joint he did called "Make It Last" produced by Blackjab and off Panama's upcoming Mix Album "Ring Side Seats: The Weigh In."
A couple of freestyle videos made their way to my inbox featuring some up and comers in the rap game. The first vid is of the newest member of Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music Label, Big Sean. Shout out to Bobo for sendin this vid over of Sean spittin some bars at the Def Jam offices. You can catch Big Sean on that 88-Keys mixtape as well . After the jump we have Donny Goines' latest Bars segment with him rhymin along with Skyzoo. Look out for Zoo's debut LP, The Salvation, droppin' sometime in the 4th quarter.
Now we've seen this concept before in Donny Goines' Dot.com freestyle last October. This time VA rapper Ced Hughes gets in on the web-name-dropping with "The Virus" where he's shouting out your favorite website (and a few others haha).
Here is the second installment of this thing we don't have a name for yet where we post 3 songs in one entry. These are joints that crossed our path that we thought were worth sharing and you can decide whether or not you like. First up we have our boy Khrysis who always brings it with the beats. His track "Get A Clue" features emcees Median and A.C. Goodness. Then we have L.A.'s Inverse with their joint "HipHopSoul" featuring Noah King off their So Far collection. Lastly, the first single off Donny Goines' upcoming debut Minute After Midnight. The track is produced by Dame Grease who gets busy as well. Donny stays hustling his music all over the net. Listen and comment after the click...
