When Big Daddy Kane called us and personally requested that Okayplayer be part of his 20 year anniversary celebration in NYC, how could we say no?  Besides, when we learned that Tamir and the good folks at Lyrics To Go Entertainment (LTG) were presenting, we knew the production would be tight.  Sure enough, tight was an understatement!  I have never seen B.B. Kings as packed as it was last Friday.  Check out MissInfo's video clip from the performance as NYC pays homage to one of the most influential cats in the history of the game.

Big Daddy Kane's 20th Anniversary @ B.B. Kings In NYC Tomorrow!

NYC, tomorrow night it's Big Daddy Kane's 20th Anniversary party at B.B. Kings Blues Club & Grill on 42nd Street. Not only will we be gettin wild with Kane in the house, but he's set to put on a show for us too (and if you've ever seen BDK live you KNOW you're in for a treat)!  In addition we've got sounds from Connie Price & The Keystones, Hot 97's Mister Cee, Biz Markie, Skaz Digga and J.
