Slum Village paint the Crescent City with the haunting piano melody of "Let It Go" - a standout from the Evolution LP featuring Blu and The Action Figures - in their alternate take on the official video entitled "Let It Go" (New Orleans Live). The trio takes over NOLA's Peaches Records and spits their way around Bourbon Street in the distorted color clip shot by Mally X. New Orleans landmarks and bright lights buttress the changes in the production. Each MC delivers a heartfelt verse full of cathartic lyricism over the production from Young RJ that - for all of the purists - throws back to classic Slum with dirty drums and a terribly infectious melody.
