With his knack for keen melodies and collaborations with brilliant producers, West Coast vocalist SiR has been on a meteoric rise. It's all been building to the release of his debut LP, Seven Sundays, which drops July 31st (today) nationwide on Fresh Selects. After hearing his skills manifest on tracks like the Knxwledge-produced "Love You" and the delicate clockwork "Right By You," we're now getting one last foretaste with "Crashing Down." Produced by J LBS, the track perfectly captures the feeling opening up to anything that might come. "It's time we let go / Let love take control / We should let it all come crashing down," he croons as dopplering pianos curl over a muffled snare. Fans of James Fauntleroy, Frank Ocean and Anderson .Paak (who actually guest-stars on Seven Sundays) will be eminently pleased; if this is what classifies as "future R&B" today, then the future is a bright one indeed.

Seven Sundays can be purchased digitally, on CD or even on vinyl via SiR's bandcamp, and features production work from Knxwledge, J LBS, Chris Dave and more. For more on SiR, read our exclusive First Look interview with the talented vocalist. Listen to "Crashing Down" below.
