Video: The Roots Live At Austin City Limits

By all accounts The Roots tore Austin City Limits festival down to the foundations with their live appearance over the weekend–and now thanks to the magical tubes connecting computers in Texas to yours you can ignore all accounts and watch the entire 70-minute set your damn self. Can’t say I’ve ever seen the Legendary off their game, but from a mosh-pit version of their now-trademarked Beastie Boys/Chuck Brown tribute into the big chords of “Proceed” you know this is gonna be a good one. I want to say that The Roots kicked ass at ACL! Ya’ll played the bricks off of that Texas heat and humidity! Lol! Thanks for coming you all are most definitely one of the hardest working bands in music. Oh and since I have a thing for Questloves hair the cornrows were really working for me! Anyway great Job guys comeback Again!
