Some of the highlights include Skillz touching upon the relationships with he developed with Dilla & Q-Tip, album budgeting, and A&R. He goes into untold stories about the specifics that went into production, samples, and J Dilla beat tapes (even confesses to passing up the beat to Pharycyde’s “Runnin”).
