VICELAND's Desus & Mero series recently featured a guest appearance from the one and only Rashida Jones, where she proceeded to recount a hilarious story about getting bit by Michael Jackson's pet chimpanzee, Bubbles.

As you will see in the video below the segment begins with the two hosts jokingly claiming that Spike Jonze is Rashida's father. "To be fair, she's only here because her father is Spike Jonze," Desus says right before the real Jonze appears on set. Desus then continues: "We have a special segment on the show where we talk about if you've ever been bitten by a monkey."

From there Rashida proceeds to tell the story of how Bubbles bit her on her hand.

"You can see still" Jones said, showing off the scar Bubbles left her. "It was the '80s. He was wearing, like, a full little overall jumpsuit just trying to pretend he's a human." Jones also noted how Bubbles looked her "dead in the eye" during their encounter.

"I was trying to punish him because he threw something at me," Jones said. "I, like, hit him on the head and was like 'No!' because I had seen him...Michael had punished him before. He just grabbed my hand and looked me dead in the eye."

Okayplayer recently had the opportunity to talk to the Bodega Boys, where chatted about everything from their show to certain celebrities that are fans of the two Bronx natives.

"We met N.O.R.E. and he was like, 'Yo, my n****s is mad funny,' and we were like, 'Yo!'" Desus said, while Mero said his wildest celebrity encounter thus far was producer Hudson Mohawke.

The duo also talked about friendship and how that has played a part in off and on camera comedy, while not allowing their growing fame to tarnish that.

"We're like that movie with Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence…What was it? With Eddie and Martin? Life," Desus said.
