Questlove & Jimmy Fallon Get Sonned By Chef Nobu Matsuhisa On The Tonight Show
Chef Nobu Matsuhisa found himself in good company when he paid a visit to 30 Rock's studio 6B to mix it up with The Tonight Show crew last night. Questlove and Jimmy Fallon being the well-versed foodies that they are, were granted the opportunity to play apprentice for the world renowned raw fish and rice game champ, starting the lesson off with a proper touch of saké to loosen things up a bit. Perhaps a bit too loose though, as Fallon may have gotten a bit ahead of himself in challenging the maestro to his own game.
Food-savvy as they maybe, none of their prior culinary eexploits (no matter how lavish) could have possibly saved them from the masterful sushi prep performance they were about to witness. Lopsided doesn't even begin to describe the bout, though Questo did seem to be holding down at least his side of things.
