Questlove Celebrates As 'Something To Food About' Earns A James Beard Award Nomination
The hardest working man in show business today, heh, is none other that Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson. The Roots co-founder and international man of awesomeness continues to defy the laws of time and space by fitting in more things to do than an overworked call girl with a plastic foot.
His recent book, something to food about: Exploring Creativity with America’s most Innovative Chefs, a book written in collaboration with Ben Greenman, was just nominated for the James Beard Foundation Book Award for Nonfiction. Of course, the multiple time Grammy Award winner was psyched about the news and took to his Instagram page to share his reaction with his almost 1M followers.
