Read A Book: Questlove Will Interview Sleater-Kinney's Carrie Brownstein In NYC

Lenny Kravitz, Grace Jones, Lauryn Hill, Lion Babe, Thundercat, SZA & More Rock The Afropunk Festival 2015 in Brooklyn, NY.

An author quite familiar in the art of memoir writing, Questlove will interview Sleater-Kinney founding member (and Portlandia star) Carrie Brownstein on October 27th in Brooklyn. The occasion is Brownstein's upcoming memoir, Hunger Makes Me A Modern Girl, which will be released on the very same day by Penguin Books. With his own memoir Mo' Meta Blues on his literary CV and the pair's shared status as gigging musicians who sizable TV presences, Questlove and Brownstein should have worlds to talk about during the night's festivities at WORD bookstore. The full book tour schedule for Hunger can be found below, along with its copious list of special guests, which includes Amy Poehler, Dave Eggers, Pitchfork editor Jessica Hopper and many more.
