Prince To Announce London Dates From Lianne La Havas' Living Room?

Lenny Kravitz, Grace Jones, Lauryn Hill, Lion Babe, Thundercat, SZA & More Rock The Afropunk Festival 2015 in Brooklyn, NY.

According to the unconfirmed reports, Prince will is slated to hold a press conference at Lianne La Havas' flat in the UK on February 3rd to announce his upcoming London dates with 3rdEyeGirl. Prince is said to have booked La Havas' place as the location for his big announcement after she jokingly offered up her digs when he mentioned plans for a number of London shows. The upcoming series of shows will reportedly be held at iconic locations in London to support 3rdEyeGirl's forthcoming Plectrum Electrum LP. While fan frenzy is undoubtedly building at the idea of Prince potentially holding court across the pond, others are not quite sold on all of the chatter:

Here we are in 2014 and just like in 2013 and 2012 and 2011 and (You see a pattern here?) there are rumors starting up of PRINCE headlining the Glastonbury Festival in the United Kingdom.

Every year they do this and every year Prince doesn't perform.

is advertising Prince every year to perform even legal? Is it fair that Prince is used to sell tickets or promote Glastonbury? The festival is sold out so why do they need to do that?

What Do U think?????-DocFB

If the rumors are true, this tour will be Prince's first on UK soil since a 21-night run at London's O2 arena in 2007. This follows Prince's recent North American dates with 3rdEyeGirl and a pretty steady stream of new material from his camp in 2013. While there is no official word yet on whether any of this is true, it would be wise to keep an ear to the ground as February 3rd approaches.
