Prince's Former Manager & Ex-Wife Is Auctioning Off Rare Demos, Costumes, Guitars + More

Prince's ex-wife and manager, Mayte Garcia, recently sent quite a haul of The Purple One's personal possessions to the auction block. Of the 95 items currently listed on Nate D. Sanders site, many (roughly half) are directly from their wedding, ranging from 5-to-40-piece china sets to goblets from the ceremony to the bride's actual dress.
You'll also find a variety of Prince-worn scarves, jerseys, suits, jewelry and stage-wear (costumes and attire from a number of cherished performances) but perhaps most enticing to the purple patrons: demos. Oh, the demos.
At the very top of the list you'll notice a grip of tapes ranging from For You mastering reference tapes to an extremely rare EPK containing the unreleased track "Jelly Jam," which later became the instrumental second-half of "Just As Long As We're Together."
