Atria books–an imprint of publisher Simon & Schuster–announced yesterday that Nasir “NaS” Jones will be releasing his memoirs with them next year. The book will be titled It Ain’t Hard to Tell and will be co-written with one of OKP’s favorite writers, Toure. The book is definitely being positioned  to reach a mass book-buying audience who may or may not be familiar with Nas’ accolades and million-selling records like Illmatic–we can tell because the press notices that have been floating around include phonetic spellings of ‘Nahz’ and ‘TOO’-ray’ for the hip-hop impaired.

Even the name of his albums, “I Am” “It was Written”, i am sure alot of his fans dont know where those terms come from (if you dont, ask your grandmother).
He is too good and to deep for a tell all. Honestly, he doesnt even need Toure to put out a reflective piece of work. I just hope its not 175 pages of he said, she said, you dont understand… he stole my style… blah blah blah. He is capable of so much more
