NY: Mobb Deep Speak on The Infamous for RBMA’s Five Out of Five (9/25)

If you never did know, Red Bull Music Academy is running an epic series called Five Out of Five  which features five legendary artists from five different boroughs talking about five classic albums (their own). For those of you keeping score at home, that is 5 x 5 x 5 for a grand total of 125 out of 100. The whole thing kicks off this Saturday, September 25th in conversation with Mobb Deep, talking about the making of one of rap’s all-time classic among classic albums, The Infamous. That goes down 4:30pm at Webster Hall in Manhattan–and then fellow king-from-Queens Lloyd Banks falls through to join Mobb for a second session at 8pm. The other artist/LPs in the series include: Slick Rick, The Great Adventures of Slick Rick; Wu-Tang Clan, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers); Black Moon, Enta Da Stage and The Diplomats , Diplomatic Immunity.
