Masta Killa - Selling My Soul (LP Art)

I’ve never been particularly been a Masta Killa stan but what can I say, RZA-directed blockbusters and “Six Directions Of Boxing” got me in a Wu-York state of mind. Not only does Killas do his thing on this track “R U Listening” but the Inspectah Deck produced beat is my favorite flavor of Wu–the stoned soul loop with a melody so tuff it could play forever. Got to think that approach is not a mistake or one-off because MK’s album is called Selling My Soul and it features production from tru masters 9th Wonder, PF Cuttin and Mathematics so, more things to look forward to. Selling My Soul is slated for a December 11th release. Get lost in the cheeba smoke below and be on the lookout for more.

Just sounds too much like the J Dilla beat to me and Elzhi killed that this its called Love It Here it’s dope but I prefer the Elzhi joint personally and Elzhi is a beast

That’s because it’s the same break deat used. Deck used it differently, and it’s so WU!!!
