Initially, I understood LASERS to be nothing more than a fluke, born into radio/pop life by Atlantic pressures and Lupe irritation. But after listening to this mixtape, I’m now starting to think that Lu might have actually had some creative direction… unfortunately. If you’re a fan of anything Lupe did up until LASERS, proceed with caution: auto-tune, overproduction, and lame vocals find there way on the majority of this mixtape, making even Lupe Fiasco lyrics unbearable.
