Lupe Fiasco Freestyles Live In Studio For Toca Tuesdays On SiriusXM Shade 45.

Lupe Fiasco plugs new music – from “Mission” to an upcoming single with Ty Dolla $ign – and makes a plea for peace in the streets of Chicago in a recent freestyle for Toca Tuesdays on SiriusXM Shade 45. Spitting over the classic Large Pro beat for Common‘s “Resurrection” remix, Lupe takes his time getting comfy on the track before he drops another set of bars that follows his recent off the top performance on Sway In The Morning. In other Lupe news, Kendrick Lamar issued a response to Lupe’s assertion that he isn’t the best in the game in recent conversation with Seattle’s KUBE FM – that remark was a sore point that outraged Peter Rosenberg during Lupe’s recent interview on Hot 97 – though it is not the fire and brimstone black out rap sequel most hip-hop fans have been waiting for:

“Everybody entitled to an opinion, you feel me,” the Los Angeles native said in an interview with Kube 93 FM. “I just continue to do what I do. Everybody feel they own aspect of it, and how they look at different artists, but I just continue to do what I do.”

Fans eager for a conflagration will have to console themselves with Lupe’s freestyle footage. Check the clip below to watch Lupe’s freestyle on Toca Tuesdays. Check out Lupe’s single “Mission” and purchase the track via iTunes. Stay tuned for more.
