The Lovely Ladies Of KING Perform "Supernatural" Live In A Record Shop

Another week, another wonderful installment of the KING saga. This time around we're being gifted a wonderfully wispy live take of there single "Supernatural," off the forthcoming We Are KING LP. After just hitting NPR's studios for a candid sit-down, the public radio redeemers released a visual they produced for the trio, documenting a bit of their stay in New Orleans, where they had that honor of opening up for The Purple One AKA Prince at this year's Essence Music Festival.

After gushing a bit about the time they met the great sage of funk (and the one sentence email they received inviting them to do so) the ladies gathered around the keys to perform the moving cut amidst the phonographic artifacts of their tradition. The trio croon tight, layered lines, deep in heartbreak, yet somehow full of glee, pulling on all of your heart strings. You can watch KING get to work in the record shop as they deliver a gleaming rendition of "Supernatural" below, just keep to the OKP lines, as we're anticipating a firm release date for their soon to drop We Are KING LP any day now.
