Early this morning (UK time) BBC Radio 6 played an exclusive world premiere of the unreleased Jimi Hendrix song "Somewhere" (followed by Cody ChesnuTT x The Roots! Hear the full program here) the first unreleased Jimi Hendrix song from the forthcoming People, Hell and Angels. The 12-track project collects unreleased material intended for a double-LP follow up to Hendrix's classic, Electric Ladyland which he apparently intended to title First Rays Of The New Rising Sun. This unreleased Jimi Hendrix song is a psychedelic blues workout featuring none other then the legendary Buddy Miles on drums and Stephen Stills on bass.
