Three-time Grammy Award winner, neo-soul goddess, and actress Jill Scott is slated to co-star in Baggage Claim, a romantic comedy coming to theaters in 2013. Baggage Claim follows flight attendant Montana Moore (played by the beautiful Paula Patton) as she attempts to find love thirty days before her sister's wedding ceremony, in spite of her busy schedule and nomadic profession. Jill Scott is cast as Gail Best, who, as Moore's co-worker and best friend, offers the most sober and real advice she can under the comical circumstances.
Baggage Claim, directed by David E. Talbert, will also feature stars like Derek Luke, LaLa Anthony, and Lauren London. Scott is scheduled to begin filming before this fall's conclusion. Keep your eyes peeled for the trailer.
