Jesse Boykins III Mashes Tracks From Little Dragon, Beyonce & Drake With His New One-Off Single "Mine/Cat Rider."
Jesse Boykins III recently resurfaced with "Mine/Cat Rider" - a duet/mashup hybrid of sorts that marries the sounds of Beyoncé, Drake and Little Dragon. The track follows the release of Boykins' Love Apparatus LP, which arrived in April via NoMadic Music. The track is as much an ode to the artists and source material that features ethereal vox and an abundance of cool. Boykins' motivation for recording this joint, while a little selfish, is also pretty simple:
