L.A. singer songwriter, Jarell Perry, has been steadily making appearances on this news-blog over the past calendar year. Today, we proudly premiere the latest joint from the the rising vocal talent, "Eleven." The dub heavy track gets an assist from Chuck Inglish with a smooth 16 to even things out. "Eleven" will appear on Jarell's next project, White EP, which is set to drop December 10th.
