Janet Jackson Postpones Upcoming Tour Dates, Citing Sore Vocal Chords

Janet Jackson is currently in the midst of her massive Unbreakable world tour, with dates scheduled through summer 2016. The R&B legend also just released her new record of the same name, and is enjoying an outpouring of acclaim and (deserved) love, now that she's finally returned to the spotlight. However, At least two of those upcoming shows, however, will need to be rescheduled.

Weekend shows in both Salt Lake City and Denver will not be taking place after Jackson revealed that she was in need of vocal rest. "Hey you guys, I must rest my vocal chords. Doctor's orders," Jackson tweeted yesterday. "Will be rescheduling Salt Lake and Denver. Keep your tickets! Back to Burn Up Kansas City." Currently no make-up dates have been announced, but we'll be sure to keep updates coming your way.
