J. Cole took the stage at the Late Show With David Letterman to perform "Crooked Smile" - the summertime smash featuring a hook from TLC - from his Born Sinner LP. At first glance it seems a bit curious to see Cole still making the late-night rounds with this track. This, however, was just one of several joints J. Cole performed during a short set for the crowd at the Ed Sullivan Theater. The show - rounded out with a full band, background singers and a string quartet - was streamed live to the world by CBS Interactive. Check the footage below to watch J.
