Top Dawg Entertainment didn't leave Isaiah Rashad a lot of time to build steam for his upcoming album, but he continued three weeks of heat on Saturday.

On Saturday, the Chatanooga, Tenn. lyricist revealed the cover art and title for his upcoming album - The Sun's Tirade - and released another offering from the record called "Park." The song features a minimalist, laid back melody produced by Park Ave and D. Sanders, and Isaiah Rashad's energetic flow serving as a perfect contrast.

In early August, TDE President Dave Free vaguely tweeted the date of September 2, 2016. It was later revealed that post was a reference to the release date of Isaiah Rashad's next album, his first body of work since 2014's solid Cilvia Demo.

Just within the last few weeks, Isaiah Rashad has released several heaters to help spread the word. First it was "Free Lunch," the album's countrified opening single. After releasing the "Free Lunch" music video shortly afterward, he dropped a freestyle called "i mean."  And earlier this year he released two other songs, "Smile" and "Nelly."

TDE has had a strong year: Kendrick Lamar gave fans a brilliant collection of outtakes with untitled unmastered, and ScHoolboy Q turned in one of the year's best albums with Blank Face LP, his sophomore record with Interscope. Isaiah Rashad has a lot to follow up, but if these new songs are any indication, The Sun's Tirade will show that he has a unique perspective and that he's up to the challenge.
