Okayafrica was up on this a few weeks back, but with his new mixtape about to drop tomorrow, I figured this would be a good time to make sure y'all are up on game. AyoI/O, the grandson of Nigeian drumming legend Babatunde Olatunji, has a carved out a lane for himself as an r&b singer/songwriter/producer that you should keep on your radar as his career continues to ascend. His 12-track mixtape, Isolation, will be out tomorrow, but get a sample of what's to come below with three tracks off the project ("Overwhelmed" and "Strangers" are both real tough).
