India.Arie Performs "Cocoa Butter" On The Steve Harvey Morning Show + Fall 2013 Tour Dates!

Lenny Kravitz, Grace Jones, Lauryn Hill, Lion Babe, Thundercat, SZA & More Rock The Afropunk Festival 2015 in Brooklyn, NY.

Just yesterday, India.Arie stopped by The Steve Harvey Morning Show for a damn-near spotless performance of "Cocoa Butter" off her newest album SongVersation. The songstress and her band delivered the sweet tune to a very pleased radio studio (peep Mr. Harvey starting at 2:29 — straight groovin.)--along with a few other songs we unfortunately don't get to see in this clip. If you're wondering about the "thank God for Anasa!" tees like I was, they're presumably a shout out to the Director of India's Soulbird Company, Anasa Troutman. Not sure what she did to deserve customized shirts, but if she had anything to do with this track, that's reason enough. If you're in the NYC area, you can catch Ms. Arie at BAM on August 29. Otherwise, check out her fall tour dates below the video and pick up SongVersation on iTunes if you haven't already.
