Anderson .Paak & Taylor McFerrin Recalibrate Hiatus Kaiyote's "Laputa"
Sound the alarm. This Friday, Aussie future-soul four-piece, Hiatus Kaiyote, will drop a new EP titled Recalibrations, featuring new takes on selections from their unanimously-adored 2015 sophomore album, Choose Your Weapon. Today, they begin the album's campaign with the glitched-out and bass-heavy remix for the entrancing tributary "Laputa," featuring production from Brainfeeder's Taylor McFerrin and even some vocal trills from 2016 MVP, Anderson .Paak, who flipped HK's "Molasses" for his standout Malibu cut "Without You."
