Watch George Clinton Sit-In w/ The Roots On The Tonight Show

Lenny Kravitz, Grace Jones, Lauryn Hill, Lion Babe, Thundercat, SZA & More Rock The Afropunk Festival 2015 in Brooklyn, NY.

George Clinton and Questlove managed to reunite once more, as the Starchild graced the The Tonight Show stage to sit-in with The Roots crew and drop funky dimes in between segments for the late-night crew. Much like Nas' stop-in a few weeks back, the ensemble never really breaks off to go all the way in, but finds themselves slipping gems in where ever they can. The first intermission finds the fellas and Dr. Funkestein dropping into the P-Funk classic "Atomic Dog" with the whole band chiming in on the hook, even Questo.

Throughout the show you can find hints of "Do That Stuff,"  "Cosmic Slop," and "(Not Just) Knee Deep," "We Want The Funk" and closing the evening's show with "Flash Light" as the credits began to roll. It serves as a proper follow-up to the hilarious and funk-filled discussion between Clinton and Questo on Tuesday night, which was chock-full of impropriety. There's no break-out clip, but you can watch George Clinton and The Roots crew turn The Tonight Show out down below. If you've got an hour to spare and a joint on-hand, go ahead and peep the discussion with some exclusive snaps of the duo provided by phenom photog Mel D. Cole.
