The Dust Rays live at Brooklyn Bowl
When they aren't holding down guitar and bass duties, respectively, as card-carrying members of The Roots, Captain Kirk Douglas and Mark Kelley, along with drummer Ricc Sheridan of Earl Greyhound, are The Dust Rays. The power trio will be taking the stage tomorrow night, July 26th, at Brooklyn Bowl for what is sure to be one hell of a show.
Rounding out the bill is "post-modern sex crooner" and trombonist Smoota and the haunting sounds of Sorne. Stick around after the show for the after party featuring some guy with a big afro behind two turntables (it's ?uestlove's weekly "Bowl Train" party if you haven't caught on yet).
