The Vegas native always had bars, but it wasn't til he dropped "Can't Trust Em," then his last Nikkiya collabo, "Fly High," that I really started taking note. Dizzy shows the versatility and rhyme skill that had him voted in as XXL's 'People's Choice' with his latest video " The First Agreement" featuring Nikkiya and Manny Scott.
